Vineeta Singh is the co-founder and CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics, a digitally-led Indian colour-cosmetics brand she co-founded in 2015 with Kaushik Mukherjee. Under her leadership SUGAR has grown into one of India's leading beauty brands, with a large direct-to-consumer online presence as well as a wide retail footprint across Indian cities.

A graduate of IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad, Singh ran an earlier consumer venture before SUGAR. She has been a judge on Shark Tank India since its first season, where she is one of the more frequently-booked investors in consumer-brand pitches.

She speaks on building a consumer brand in India, women founders and operators, and the realities of digitally-led retail.
