Sangram Singh
Commonwealth wrestling medallist and Ironman triathlon finisher.
Sangram Singh is an Indian professional wrestler who overcame childhood rheumatoid arthritis to compete on mats across South Asia and Europe. He has been a Commonwealth wrestling medallist and won the Commonwealth Heavyweight Championship, and has represented India in Pro Wrestling League seasons.
In 2023 he became one of the few Indian athletes to complete an Ironman triathlon. He has campaigned publicly on disability and childhood illness, given his own medical history, and works with a range of fitness and cause-led platforms.
Singh's stage talks are built around his childhood illness and later elite athletic career - a specific story about what long-term recovery, training, and ambition actually look like when the starting point is medical, not inherited talent.
- Recovery from childhood illness
- Long-horizon athletic training
- Mental resilience and competition
- Disability, ability, and public platforms
