Rahul Dravid
The Wall - former India captain, head coach of the men's T20 World Cup-winning side.
Rahul Dravid is among the most accomplished batters in cricket history - 13,288 Test runs, 36 Test centuries, and a reputation built over 16 international years for technique, temperament, and the ability to hold an innings together in the toughest conditions.
As a leader, Dravid captained India in 79 Tests and 79 ODIs, then transitioned into developing the next generation as head of the National Cricket Academy and India A coach. He took charge of the senior men's side in 2021 and ended his coaching tenure in June 2024 by leading India to a T20 World Cup title in Barbados.
Off the field he is sought out for talks on long-horizon thinking, building teams that outlast individual stars, the discipline of preparation, and what high-performance leadership really demands. His calm, evidence-led delivery is a sharp counterpoint to the usual sports-keynote register.
