Neelesh Misra is a Hindi storyteller, journalist, and lyricist best known for Yaadon Ka Idiotbox with Neelesh Misra, a long-running radio show whose short stories reach tens of millions of listeners across India's Hindi belt. He has written lyrics for Hindi films including Rustom and Jab We Met.

As a journalist he covered India's long conflict years at the Hindustan Times and the Associated Press, and later founded Gaon Connection, a rural-Indian news platform. His interview series The Slow Interview on YouTube has become a signature long-form Hindi conversation format.
