Anil Kumble
India's leading Test wicket-taker with 619 Test wickets.
Anil Kumble is India's most successful Test bowler of all time, with 619 Test wickets across a 17-year career, and one of only two bowlers in Test history to take all 10 wickets in an innings (vs Pakistan, 1999). He also captained India in both Test and ODI cricket.
Beyond playing, Kumble has served as head coach of the Indian national team, as chairman of the ICC Cricket Committee, and as head coach and director of Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) in the IPL. He is a Padma Bhushan awardee.
On stage he speaks with engineering-first clarity - Kumble is a graduate of mechanical engineering from RV College, Bengaluru - about pressure, preparation, and the value of unglamorous persistence in a highlight-reel sport.
