Tanu Jain

Former IRS officer, UPSC mentor, and founder of Tathastu ICS - a widely-followed voice on civil-services prep.

Tanu Jain is a former Indian Revenue Service officer (2015 batch) who left government service to build Tathastu ICS, an ed-tech initiative focused on UPSC Civil Services preparation. She is widely followed on YouTube and Instagram by aspirants for her public explainers on the UPSC syllabus, interview strategy, and mental health during the long preparation cycle.

Before leaving service she was deputed to the Prime Minister's Office. Her content draws on both the inside view of government and the candidate view she remembers from her own preparation.

She speaks at campus events, education summits, and Hindi ed-tech platforms on civil-services careers, women in public service, and aspiration in small-town India.
