Captain Raghu Raman is a former Indian Army officer and a long-standing voice on leadership, national security, and corporate risk in India. He served in the Army's armoured corps before moving to the private sector and then being appointed, in 2009, as the founding CEO of the National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID), the inter-agency information-sharing platform set up in the wake of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
He is the author of Everyman's War: Strategy, Security and Terrorism in India and Everyman's Trophy: Leadership Lessons From the Battlefield and the Boardroom, and writes regularly on leadership and policy.
On stage he speaks on leadership under uncertainty, national security and public-private coordination, and translating military frameworks into corporate life.
